• When using a Tickler image, it must always be made clear that the image comes from Tickler.

• If a photographer’s name is given, this should always be stated.

• It is not permitted to manipulate or edit Tickler’s images.

Tickler and the photographer(s) are not prepared to tolerate any infringement of their rights, or any loss or damage to their goodwill caused by such infringement. The same applies to breaches of the conditions of use.
